What stood in the way.
Rituals wanted to move from seasonal gifting relevance to everyday consideration, particularly with younger shoppers who discovered the brand through airports but didn't yet bring it home.
How we approached it.
We paired the launch around a hero SKU with creators whose own content already lived at the intersection of slow living and beauty. Each ritual was filmed as a small moment — the first pour, the candle at night, the morning scrub — and reshaped into paid creative tuned to each market.

The campaign drove a clear lift in first-time purchasers aged 22–34, with strong repeat-rate on follow-up email flows.
